Golden colour. attractive aromas of buttercream, delicate ginger, and brown spices follow through on a soft, supple entry to a dryish medium body with nice depth and balance. Finishes with a long, gentle polished wood, and nut fade. A delightfully smooth rum. Makes 2.25 litres.
